Professional Service Website Design and Development for Fiber Optic and Wireless Technology Company

Bluespan is an internet service provider that treats customers to reliable and fast connections using the latest in fiber optic and wireless technology. They’ve been working with residential clients, businesses, nonprofits, government, and professional offices since the 1990s and follow a “no cutting corners” business philosophy. Bluespan takes pride in their peerless customer support and has locations in Tucson, Flagstaff, and Seattle.

Website Design and Development Efforts

Bluespan approached efelle because they felt their current site did not effectively communicate the level of quality that should be associated with the Bluespan name. They wanted their new site to at once feel customer friendly, modern, and convenient—just like the services Bluespan offers. The Bluespan team also sought to highlight their boat WiFi options, as one of their key differentiators is providing services to clients that regularly find themselves “out on the water.”

With all these things in mind, our team designed and built a stylish and easy-to-use website with an interface that’s perfectly branded and rich with features. The homepage features fun, but not distracting, hover effects and makes great use of the teal-meets-navy palette so intrinsic to the Bluespan brand. We also helped clean up the site architecture and improved navigation; users never have to look far for to find a call to action signalling opportunities to contact the Bluespan team.

In total, we designed and developed themes and features for the Bluespan website, including—but not limited to—the following:

• A narrative-driven homepage with iconography that’s echoed throughout the website (to improve user recognition and navigation)
• A clean and bold About page template that can be quickly duplicated and modified for other functions
• Service category and detail pages (the latter of which feature clear and attractive breakdowns of all that Bluespan has to offer)
• Locations category and detail pages (with trust-building testimonials pulled dynamically into a slider on the Locations landing page)
• A dedicated Testimonials area
• Blog overview and detail pages
• Custom contact forms
