Diligence Website Design & Development Highlights Flexible Content Management and Intuitive UX 

Since 2007, Diligence, helmed by veteran investigative expert Richard Marquez, has been a top tier investigation firm providing professional results while nurturing long term relationships with their clients. Their field of expertise ranges from fraud and complex financial investigations, to corporate due diligence, healthcare claims and much more.

Project Objectives 

Diligence came to efelle  looking for a website that balances creativity and innovation with intuitive UX. They also needed a mobile responsive site that their team could easily update and the flexibility to integrate a wide range of media and assets seamlessly onto each page.

The Design Process

In order to better understand the Diligence team’s needs, we kicked the project off discussing the company’s history, values, and goals. We heard what sets them apart from the competition as a client-focused, results-driven firm. We used this as a jumping off point to create a Homepage that not only highlighted their passion and expertise, but also served as a portal for clients to access their suite of solutions with ease. Inventive use of angles and imagery with unique perspectives, paired with original overlays draws the eye down the page, creating movement while both sparking interest and informing. 

Drilling into their service or Solutions pages, our design team created a flexible scaffolding into which the Diligence team would be able to easily incorporate content and media assets to provide their clients with the information they need. FInally, with compelling and intuitive designs for their blog, company story and process pages, we provided Diligence with a visually appealing and user friendly platform to share their passion and thought leadership.

The Development Process

Our development team took these designs and built the site on FusionCMS, our powerful, client-first content management system that allows us to tailor the CMS to our client’s needs without compromising their vision. Utilizing an advanced page creator, we built each page with dynamic, replicable, customizable and rearrangeable content sections that could adapt to any type of rich media content that Diligence had. Additionally, small animations were incorporated throughout the site, encouraging the user to scroll for more content, and customizable, tabbed menus make navigation easy and intuitive.
