Founded under a Convention between Canada and the USA, the International Pacific Halibut Commission (IPHC) serves as a pivotal international organization in the research, management, and development of Pacific halibut stocks. Through its history, the IPHC has adapted to changing regulatory environments, aiming to optimize and maintain sustainable halibut populations.

• Expanding the color palette for a professional and appealing look

Website Design

For the design of this website, our design team created a visually captivating and professional online presence that mirrors the International Pacific Halibut Commission's century-long credibility and authority in halibut research and management. Drawing inspiration from the organization's logo, we revitalized the branding with a contemporary look, introducing a broader color palette that includes shades of white, gray, and navy. This choice not only refreshed the aesthetic but also aligned with their desire for a site that feels both professional and engaging.

This website was developed using WordPress for its ease of use and versatility, catering to the IPHC's needs for a dynamic, user-friendly platform. We integrated JazzHR to streamline their hiring process, showcasing their growth and efficiency. Additionally, WordPress facilitated the creation of a members' sign-in section, enhancing the site's functionality. This update not only elevates the user experience but also empowers the IPHC to maintain its role as a trusted source of knowledge and authority on Pacific halibut, ensuring the website remains a central hub for their niche audience.
