eCommerce Website for a fashion and decor brand focused on a zen lifestyle

Nine Zen is a fashion and decor brand that focuses on a zen lifestyle. They make women’s sleepwear and loungewear from bamboo which allows for a soft, sustainable fabric.

Project Objectives

Nine Zen sells products on Etsy, but as their business has grown Nine Zen has wanted to put more of a focus on their Shopify store.

They wanted a website that showed their beautiful products but also made visitors feel like shopping on the site was a self-care experience in itself. Everything was about combining approachable, elegant, modern, beautiful, fun, unique, peaceful, feel-good, uplifting, and zen into a cohesive website.

Website Design

Our design team created custom icons to use throughout the site and a size chart that helps visitors understand quickly what size to order.

We wanted users to find that Nine Zen is different from other brands in their industry because they offer a unique shopping experience. They connect with their customers by offering cards with upliftnig notes/quotes in orders. We wanted the design of their website to make it clear that shopping with Nine-Zen is an act of self care.

Website Build

This eCommerce site was built on Shopify which Nine Zen had used before in conjunction with their Etsy site. However, they wanted to put more effort into their Shopify site as they started to grow and move away from Etsy.
