For the design of this website, our design team focused on creating a clean and straightforward aesthetic that conveys professionalism and trustworthiness. Guided by the new brand colors and logo, we selected relatable stock images featuring everyday people to foster an approachable feel. This design approach not only aligns with the client’s fresh brand identity but also directly addresses the need to appear legitimate and trustworthy, helping to dispel any misconceptions about the site’s credibility.

This website was developed on FusionCMS, a content management system familiar to them, making it an ideal choice for ease of use and efficient site management. Having built several websites for them previously on this platform, we ensured that the system would support seamless updates, allowing Ridgeline Recruiting to maintain content easily while keeping their new brand front and center.
