Design and Development of an Online Store for Bath Bomb Technology Company

For almost a decade, Bath Bomb Machine has been helping companies design, manufacture, and sell custom bath bombs. The BBM team approached efelle creative in search of a better solution for their online marketing assets; they were, at the time, using two separate websites to promote their company: one to share corporate information and the other to sell their products.

Our team brought both entities under a single banner, and recently launched their brand new—and strikingly designed—eCommerce website.

Key Design and Development Features

We love designing websites for businesses that help other businesses! (That’s pretty much our own mission, after all.) Our journey with Bath Bomb Machine was no different.

Style wise, we pulled in BBM’s branded orange throughout the site, complementing it with a bright teal pulled from the tubing in their product imagery.

We brought in bold, clean fonts and bright calls to action, all angling towards the well-structured and user-friendly product pages.

All pages—including the store pages—were designed for and developed on FusionCMS; product information is stored on BigCommerce and pulled into these pages via API. BigCommerce also controls the cart and checkout process, allowing us full customization of all areas of the site while leveraging the power and security of BigCommerce’s best-in-class eCommerce technology.
