Along with its ability to stand out due to their quality and compliance, the Laurelcrest team wanted their website to be a unique experience for their customers. The goal of the site was to provide a friendly face that avoided the usually cold and clinical feel of other distributors, without going too far the other way and enveloping the site in greenery. 

We worked with the Laurelcrest team to develop a website design that was the perfect mix of approachable - with clean icons and real imagery - and professionalism - shown through the clean design and focus on important content. 

Website Development

The Laurelcrest team wanted to sell both wholesale and direct to consumer on their site, so it was important that they chose a platform that allowed for both. 

When it comes to including wholesale on a site, a whole new level of complexity comes in, including customer pricing groups, applications, limited access to products, and more. We build the site on BigCommerce, giving them the ability to do all of this and more. BigCommerce also allowed for the Laurelcrest team to sell D2C with some of their products, as well as 

One of the most important parts of selling CBD products online comes with the ability to show important information regarding the sourcing and compliance of the products. With BigCommerce, we were able to do this, as well as link these pages on product detail pages as well, improving user experience and making it easy to find.
