Goals for Redesign
For this website redesign, our main goals included:
- Creating a clean design to showcase existing property videos and images
- Implementing real-time property listing updates

Website Design & Functionality Highlights
For the design of this website, our design team focused on creating a clean and modern aesthetic that allows the properties to speak for themselves. We strategically used the client's impressive property videos and images to enhance visual appeal and engagement. Our goal was to create a seamless and visually appealing user experience that highlights the client's expertise in senior properties, luxury estates, investment properties, and vacant land.
This website was developed on WordPress, a content management system that NESCO is familiar with. We implemented IDX integration to ensure real-time updates of property listings, significantly enhancing the user experience. The site is built to be scalable, accommodating the client's growth and increasing number of listings. Additionally, we developed and created their social media channels and will provide ongoing social media management and paid ad assistance on Meta.
