Nine Zen is a fashion and decor brand that focuses on a zen lifestyle. They focus mostly on women’s sleepwear and loungewear. Their clothing is made from bamboo which provides a soft, eco-friendly and sustainable fabric.

Goals for Redesign

Nine Zen currently sells products on Etsy but as their business has grown they started to put more of a focus on their Shopify store. They wanted to provide a user-friendly shopping experience that made shopping with them feel like an act of self-care. These were the main goals:

Website Design & Functionality Highlights

The redesign of this eCommerce website was done on Shopify.

Our design team created custom icons to use throughout the site and a size chart that helps visitors understand quickly what size to order. We wanted users to find that Nine Zen is different from other brands in their industry because they offer a unique shopping experience. They connect with their customers by offering cards with upliftnig notes/quotes in orders. We wanted the design of their website to make it clear that shopping with Nine-Zen is an act of self care.
