Providing style, affordability, and custom design, SEA PAC homes have been building and creating beautiful homes throughout the best neighborhoods in the PNW. As natives to the Pacific Northwest, SEA PAC understand the necessity of having a home built to withstand the conditions of the PNW. They pride themselves in having homes that exceed industry standards in energy efficiency, functionality, finishing options and comfort.

Design Needs

Previously, SEA PAC was operating using a one page format website which wasn’t doing what the company had hoped. As home builders, having a way to display homes and future communities was not only visually appealing but was a necessity for their online presence. SEA PAC wanted an easy and visually simple way to sort the homes via location, price range, square feet, and bedrooms. For homebuilders and developers, we’ve created ManagePro on our CMS to easily sort the different properties and neighborhoods to easily add new homes, pictures, and any other information.
SEA PAC also utilizes our FormBuilder to help potential clients work through any financial questions they may have by their mortgage calculator. This unique use of our customizable FormBuilder is great for SEA PAC and their potential clients to create a positive and helpful relationship right from the website. On this same page are also the application forms and other resources, easily linked to PDF’s that SEA PAC can upload on the CMS.
