We’ve Launched a Brand New eCommerce Website Redesign for K9 Apparel Company
Since 1993, Voyagers K9 has been designing breed-specific dog apparel fitted to the unique physique of various dog breeds. The company specializes in highly durable coats, tummy warmers, hoods and booties are all handmade in the Pacific Northwest.
Voyagers K9’s apparel is great for those adventurous dogs who love going on hikes or dogs living in cold climates. Quality is one of the most important things for this client since they make these items by hand and custom for the dog breed.
For this eCommerce website redesign, Voyagers K9 had the following goals in mind:
- Modernize the website aesthetic
- Make it easier for clients to make a purchase on the website
Website Design & Functionality Highlights
For the website design, we wanted to convey that sense of high-quality products and personalized care for each product and each dog. The site incorporates adventure images and a clean style that makes it easy to see what’s available.
This website was developed on Shopify which gave us options to make the purchasing process easier. Usability was a big thing for Voyager K9 and we focused on the user experience overall when developing the site.
We also incorporated Bold Product Options on this eCommerce site. That allowed Voyagers K9 to collect information about each dog when a purchase was made (weight, length, etc.)
