eCommerce Website Launch for Bellingham Business Eterra Attachments

Eterra Attachments designs, builds, and sells equipment attachments throughout the nation. As machinery operators themselves, they were founded when they began building attachments that got their own jobs done. Since the beginning, they’ve believed in quality and versatility because they personally know how much more gets done when with quality equipment. 

eCommerce Design 

Eterra operates as a B2B website with a wide range of products with specific measurements and details. We needed the design to be simple to allow for more detailed content while keeping it bold and bright to match the brands colors and personality. We created the site to be clean and easy to navigate, with product imagery, icons, and high-quality photos to help users find what they need.

One of the most important parts of Eterra’s mission is to provide not only high-quality products but also accessible and quality customer service. This meant we wanted to include calls to action for both shopping as well as accessing customer service. This meant including “Contact an Expert” in the top navigation.

The product pages and their subsequent information are in an important part of the buying process for users as well, so we wanted to create a page that was made the specs and information about products easy to find. The product pages include tabs for features, operation, construction, specs, reviews, and even the ability to download a spec sheet. There are also videos of the products and products in use to teach the users more about each one and their features. 

Website Development Details

With a knowledgable audience who were often seeking specific products, we needed to develop the site navigation to reduce the number of clicks and make it as easy as possible for users to find what they needed. 

The site was built using BigCommerce which allowed for things such as multiple Categories and sorting options. This allowed us to use FusionCMS to create a robust mega menu that features all the products in a clean and manageable way.
